Lively Properties, Inc. is a family owned and operated company for now 3 generations. We specialize in apartment leasing throughout Southeast Arkansas. We offer properties in White Hall, Pine Bluff, Sheridan, Monticello, and Star City.

Our Company offers Multi-family apartment complexes as well as single family residential homes. We also offer corporate units for local and out of town businesses.
